All pickups from the airport have 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual time the flight lands. After 60 minutes, £20 per hour is charged in 15 minute increments. We do not charge for any flight delays.
A booking/reservation may only be altered, changed or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by telephone, a confirmation is required.
Cancellations informed between 48 and 24 hours prior to pick up time means that a £10 cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation informed between 24 to 12 hours prior to the journey will incur 50% of the booking price.
Cancellations informed inside of 12 hours before pick up time will incur 100% of the booking price. If your flight is cancelled by the airline or airport a full refund or travel date change will be offered free of charge.
Every effort will be made by the company to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach the destination on time. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or arising consequential losses) that occur beyonds its control.
The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise.
In the unlikely event we are not able to complete a journey due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. Beyond this we are not lialbe for any addtional costs incurred or the loss of any monies paid by the client.
Are vehicles are of the best quality however in the unfortunate event of a breakdown Gatwick Executive Cars cannot be held responsible.
All parking and toll charges (exepct where Meet and Greet Service is supplied) are not included in the fare unless otherwise stated by Gatwick Executive Cars.
If any extra stops or collections are added to the journey after a booking has been made a fee will be added to the fare at the drivers discretion and agreed with the client.
Please make sure you book the correct size of vehicle for your luggage and passengers. We will not be held responsible if you cannot complete your journey.
